This is my Mash-up post. This is the Do All the Things guy. If you can't see it, he is saying "Part all the (red) seas! So, this biblical event is Moses parting the (it IS singular) Red Sea. Look at his awesome Moses-staff and his awesome Moses-beard. They are awesome. Also, look at the left side of the drawing, you can see a fish eating, or about to eat, another fish. Amazing isn't it? Yes, yes it is.

Wow, that took me way longer than I anticipated. Are you happy now, Ben? lol. I had to do some research too, ugh. I now know something about a sonic rainboom, and the pixel for pixel layout of nyan cat. I can now see why Ben would like to be an cartoonist rather than a clean-up artist. Cleaning up art is a lot harder and less fun than drawing the initial sketch.

Curling is as boring as the rumors say. While doing this drawing I realized I'd never seen curling, so I went and watched a little online... I watched about 38 seconds, and couldn't stand anymore. Watching this is like watching bowling... on ice. It does look fun to play, but ugh, wath it.... NEVER!!!!

Hello there! So, why don't I get down to the real cheese. This is my Olympic Games Drawing. It's pretty much the best drawing on the weekly sketchbook. If you can't tell by the amazing hair, that is Shaun White on the right. On the left, maybe a little bit harder to tell, there is Michael Phelps. I don't know if you can see it, but it says "Phelps" on Phelps's swim cap. See, right there. Ah, oh well, no more words shall come. (Except "bye" and "except" and "and") Bye!

Hey, it's that time of the week again. What time is it then? It's Topic time! So, all of these topics recently have been a little too complex for my little brain. I am not saying that they are bad topics, however, I just think going simple and letting others come up with the big idea part of their drawing is the best. So, what is the topic? Two Doughnuts

Two Things. First off, I now have Photoshop. I have a new respect for the time put into many of your guys drawings now. Second, an explanation. When I was three my mom asked me, "What would you buy with a million dollars?" After thinking for a minute I replied, "A doughnut." "Wouldn't you want to buy anything else?" "You're right. Another doughnut!"

Any chance I get at drawing a beloved Disney character, especially one such as Scrooge Mcduck, I take it. Interesting that they would make an old duck, who is the star of Mickey's Christmas Carol, the main character for an epic kids show with race cars, lasers, and air-o-planes (which would be the next three things I would get after the tub). Need some context? And here is the theme for Darkwing Duck...since it seemed many of you had never heard of it.

Big Lottery

Yes I know what your thinking. How can someone afford this even while winning the lottery? Well listen carefully. YOU DON'T! I just thought of something really really awesome and here it is!

In this picture, that is me, on a roller coaster, on a mountain of snow (a snowboard for when I'm done with the roller coaster), and tubs of ice cream. By the way, I would have gotten everything free. No lines for the roller coaster, no people in the way on the mountain. Just me and my family!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!

Of all the internet memes I have seen, I just can't seem to understand the "me gusta". I look at it and see some guy derping, but others see a creepy guy enjoying something in a sketchy manner. So this meme just makes no sense. Here's to this guy being sketchy while enjoying a pipe.

Also, I gots some catchin' up to do. So here's a couple pics for the last topic.

I was asked two questions: "If you could have any superpower, what would it be?" and "What would your weakness be?" I would definitely be able to teleport! Imagine how much you can save on gas and how not late you can be to everywhere! The only problem is, I have a terrible sense of direction.

What's in the pipe?

If the Irish are known for anything, aside from the "Kiss me, I'm Irish" slogan, its their alcoholic beverages. I originally wanted a big beer mug next to his face (maybe I'll add that in the future), but my sources told me that's not what you see when you're drunk. You just pass out. So, I went with the safe bet and gave him something else old Irish folk are known for, their pipes! And what glorious pipe it be! The Scottish love their pipes so much, they have a whole bag devoted to them.

My inspiration this time was The Simpsons, not because it's the greatest show ever, but because no one does nonsensical, or at least dazed expressions like they do.

Less is More?

At what point does the expression “less is more” ever makeany logical sense? Perhaps, if this phrase could make any less sense, would itthen be cycling back up from the bottom towards actual meaning? I mean, justlook at this wee dandy leprechaun leaping over a well-drawn rainbow… if I couldput any less effort into this drawing, would that inadvertently make it morebetter? I think I’m gonna hafta side with my favorite superhero, Perry thePlatypus, on this one, guys: “Wha?”
